About John
John Park built a pathway into law that runs through business. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Korean from Brigham Young University in 2005. Six years later he completed both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration at UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law and UNLV's business program in 2011, combining legal training with formal business education in a single year of graduation.
After law school he established his own practice, founding John Park Law. The firm bears his name and serves clients across matters allowed by his admissions. The decision to open a boutique practice followed his dual academic background and aligns with his professional memberships in both legal and business circles.
Park is admitted to practice in Nevada and California and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, which permits him to represent veterans in VA benefit matters before the agency. Those credentials position him to handle cases that require state and federal court filings and the specific procedures related to veterans’ benefits.
His professional affiliations include membership in the Alameda County Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, and the East Bay Trusts & Estates Lawyers group. He also holds membership in the International Business Council in Las Vegas. These associations reflect an engagement with matters that touch on county-level bar activity, estate and trust issues, and the intersection of law and business across state lines.
Park’s combined law and business training informs how he approaches client matters. He draws on experience in both legal analysis and business planning when advising individuals and entities. The VA accreditation adds a distinct administrative law dimension to his practice.
He operates John Park Law and works with clients in jurisdictions where he is licensed. His practice includes representation before state courts in Nevada and California and in proceedings before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He maintains professional memberships that keep him connected to local bar communities and trust and estate practitioners.
John Park currently practices through John Park Law and handles matters that involve state and federal court representation, veterans’ benefits work under VA accreditation, and issues that intersect law and business.
