About John J.
John J. Martino began his legal path in the Northeast. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University in 1997 and completed his law degree at New England Law | Boston in 2000. Those years set a foundation in both transactional and courtroom work that would shape the choices he made early in his career.
After law school, Martino moved into private practice. By 2002 he was a partner at Arthur Levine & Associates. Two years later he launched Martino & Associates Realty, stepping into matters tied to property and real estate transactions. The same period included trial work; in 2004 he served as a senior trial lawyer associated with One Beacon Insurance Co. and worked at the Law Office of Robert Noonan in Boston. Those roles combined insurance defense and litigation experience with an understanding of real estate issues.
Martino returned to a partnership structure in 2010 when he joined Martino & Tramontozzi, LLC. That phase extended his exposure to complex civil matters and the management demands of a growing practice. He drew on earlier litigation work and his transactional background to handle cases that required both courtroom presence and negotiation at the table.
In 2016 Martino established Martino Law Group. As owner, he has overseen case strategy, client counseling and the daily operations of the firm. His practice has continued to reflect the dual currents of his career: contested litigation and real estate-related matters. He has taken depositions, argued motions and tried cases, while also advising clients on contracts and property concerns.
Martino is admitted in New Hampshire and holds membership in the Massachusetts Bar Association. Those credentials allow him to operate across state lines in the region where he has built his practice. Colleagues and opposing counsel recognize him for a direct approach in court and a methodical handling of documents and deadlines.
Outside of casework, Martino has balanced firm management alongside client representation. He runs Martino Law Group, LLC from an office that serves local and regional clients. He remains active in litigation and transactional work and maintains a practice focused on civil litigation and real estate matters.
