John Emerson is a founding partner of Emerson Firm, PLLC, based in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has been practicing law for over four decades, specializing in personal injury, antitrust, and commercial litigation. Born in Little Rock and raised in Houston, Texas, Mr. Emerson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Texas at Austin in 1973. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1979. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1980, the Washington State Bar in 2000, and the Arkansas State Bar in 2008.
