John Anthony Almaguer is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Almaguer is an immigration attorney at Stout Law LLC, a law firm located in Medford, Oregon. Mr. Almaguer earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 1994. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1989. He also obtained a Master of Arts in English from the same institution in 1991.

In 2020, he was awarded the William V.
