Ms. Keamy earned her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating with honors in 1999. During her time at Thomas Jefferson, she was a member of the International Law Society. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Southern Maine, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1989. Additionally, she attended Université du Maine in Le Mans, France, further broadening her international perspective.
