Mr. Renk earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, graduating cum laude in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Fullerton, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance in 1989. During his time at Western State University, he was recognized for his academic excellence and graduated in the top 5% of his class. He also completed a judicial externship at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division Three, in 1997.
Mr. Renk concentrates his practice in criminal defense, representing clients charged with a wide range of offenses, including drug crimes, fraud, gun crimes, internet crimes, sex crimes, theft, and violent crimes. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he served as a Deputy Public Defender for 20 years, handling a diverse caseload and gaining extensive trial experience.
