About Jinju
Jinju Park earned her J.D. from William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2007. Her time at William & Mary placed her in a curriculum known for its emphasis on courtroom procedure and appellate practice. She left law school prepared for trial and appellate work, equipped with the doctrinal grounding common to that program.
After graduating, Park pursued admission to multiple bars. She is admitted to practice in Arizona and Washington and is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Those admissions shape the geographic scope of her work and allow her to represent clients in state and federal forums across the region.
Park’s early years in practice involved steady courtroom and briefing work. She handled motions, client counseling and appeals. Those experiences refined her written advocacy and courtroom presence. Colleagues describe her as someone who approaches casework methodically, preferring clear legal analysis over theatrical gestures.
Over time Park has balanced trial-level matters with appellate filings. The mix has given her practical insight into how trial decisions stand up on appeal. She drafts briefs and prepares records for review, and she has argued in hearings that required tight, focused legal exposition. Her approach to litigation emphasizes structure in argument and careful attention to the record.
Outside of courtrooms, Park maintains professional connections through legal organizations and bar activities. She has kept current memberships in professional groups that serve lawyers in her admitted jurisdictions. That engagement provides regular exposure to changes in procedure and emerging case law.
Park currently practices at Countermark Law PLLC. Her office handles matters that arise under the laws of Arizona and Washington and involves representation before the Ninth Circuit. She structures cases so that issues are preserved for appeal when needed, and she aims to provide consistent representation across trial and appellate stages. Her practice currently focuses on representation in Arizona and Washington and on matters before the Ninth Circuit.
