About Jill
Jill Lowe built her legal foundation at Stetson University College of Law, earning a J.D. in 2003. She entered law school after undergraduate studies and completed the degree in the early 2000s. Her legal education emphasized state practice and procedure and prepared her for work in multiple jurisdictions.
After law school, Lowe began practicing in jurisdictions where she is licensed: Florida and Texas. Over the years she has moved between the two states in order to serve clients whose matters cross state lines. That mobility has given her repeated exposure to the differences in statutory schemes and courtroom procedures between Florida and Texas.
Her professional memberships include a current membership in the State Bar of Texas. She is active in maintaining the credentials necessary to practice in both states and continues to follow continuing legal education requirements. Colleagues describe her approach as pragmatic: she focuses on clear communication, careful analysis of state rules, and timely responses to court deadlines.
Lowe’s work centers on matters that require knowledge of both Florida and Texas law. She takes on cases and transactions that demand attention to state-specific detail. That has included advising clients on procedural steps, drafting filings that meet local court requirements, and coordinating filings where differing state rules affect strategy. She also spends time consulting with other attorneys when a matter requires coordinated work across state lines.
Throughout her career she has balanced courtroom work and out-of-court problem solving. She has handled contested matters where state procedural rules played a decisive role and has prepared transactional documentation that accounted for differences in state statutes. Her practice is practical and detail-oriented. She aims to give interested parties a clear sense of options and likely timelines.
Today Lowe maintains an active practice across both Florida and Texas. She continues to uphold her State Bar of Texas membership while serving clients whose legal needs involve either or both states. Her current practice focus is advising clients on matters that involve Texas and Florida law.
