About Jessica
Jessica Saldin built her legal foundation at American University Washington College of Law, earning her J.D. in 2009. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado in 2006, double-majoring in political science and international affairs. Those years framed an interest in public policy and law that carried forward into her career.
After law school, Saldin entered private practice. In 2010 she joined Weaver & Associates, P.C. as a lawyer. The position gave her early courtroom exposure and day-to-day experience managing client matters. She spent that time learning the rhythms of firm life and the practical demands of legal work.
By 2013 she moved to Plog & Stein P.C., taking on the title of senior associate. Her role there expanded responsibilities and brought greater involvement in complex matters handled by the firm. She has taken on supervisory tasks, coordinated discovery and trial preparation, and worked closely with clients to shape legal strategy. Colleagues describe her as steady in litigation settings and attentive in client communications.
Saldin has maintained an active presence in the state legal community. She has held membership in the Colorado Bar Association since 2009 and remains active in that organization. Her professional network in Colorado spans attorneys, judges and court staff, built over more than a decade of practice in the state.
Her practice is rooted in Colorado. She is licensed to practice there and has developed a practice that reflects the procedural and substantive contours of state law. She continues her work at Plog & Stein P.C., where she handles matters on behalf of individuals and organizations within the state. Her current practice focuses on matters arising under Colorado law.
