About Jessica
Jessica Saiontz earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University in 2011. She completed her legal education at FIU, where coursework and clinic experience prepared her for practice in Florida courts.
After law school she began practicing in Florida. She is licensed to practice in the state and maintains current memberships in professional legal associations. Those affiliations keep her connected to developments in state practice and to colleagues across the bar.
Her work is rooted in everyday legal tasks: investigating facts, drafting pleadings, preparing motions and managing discovery. She spends time in depositions and hearings. She writes memoranda and negotiates on behalf of clients. Colleagues describe her as steady in the courtroom and careful in preparing files for trial, and she tends to break complex problems into clear, manageable steps for clients.
At Rubinstein & Associates PA she handles a range of matters for individuals and businesses. The firm setting gives her access to resources and a team environment. That allows her to coordinate strategy on cases that require multiple attorneys or specialized support staff.
Saiontz also participates in continuing legal education programs and attends association meetings. She uses those opportunities to stay current on case law and statutory changes that affect her practice. That ongoing study shapes how she advises clients and frames courtroom arguments.
Outside her caseload she spends time mentoring newer lawyers at the firm and reviewing briefs before filing. She values the routine of client interviews followed by focused legal research. That combination of client contact and careful analysis is a recurring theme in her work.
Her practice remains anchored in serving clients in Florida. She continues to take cases through Rubenstein & Associates PA and concentrates on representing clients in matters arising under Florida law.
