About Jessica
Jessica Pesce built her legal foundation in Massachusetts. She completed undergraduate studies at Assumption College in 2007, then earned a B.S. in Applied Legal Studies from Suffolk University in 2011. She went on to Suffolk University Law School and received her J.D. in 2016.
After law school, Pesce entered practice in the Boston area. In 2017 she joined Ladimer Law Office PC as an associate. That role gave her experience in day-to-day client work and courtroom procedure. She handled tasks typical for a young lawyer refining litigation and transactional skills while learning the practical side of running client matters.
In 2023 Pesce founded Pesce Law Office, LLC and became its managing lawyer. She built the firm from the ground up, handling intake, case management and the administrative duties that come with a small practice. Founding her own firm marked a shift from associate work to leading client engagements and managing a solo office.
Pesce has remained active in local business and civic networks. She holds memberships in the Brighton Board of Trade (since 2018), Business Network International (since 2017) and the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce (since 2023). Those memberships connect her to other professionals and small business owners across the region. They also reflect an interest in local community and commerce outside the courtroom.
Her training at Suffolk Law and early years in practice shaped her approach to client work. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing cases and practical in advising clients. She has balanced courtroom responsibilities with negotiating and client counseling, tasks common to lawyers who run their own practices.
Pesce maintains an active presence in Massachusetts legal circles and handles matters through her firm. She continues to grow Pesce Law Office, LLC while serving clients in the state. She currently practices at Pesce Law Office, LLC, representing clients in Massachusetts.
