Jessica Marshall Notini is a seasoned mediator and facilitator based in Lafayette, California. She has been practicing since 1994, specializing in probate and estate, employment discrimination, and business contract disputes. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1989, graduating magna cum laude and receiving the Order of the Coif. Prior to her mediation career, she practiced environmental law for six years. In addition to her mediation practice, Ms. Notini serves as an Adjunct Professor at several law schools, including Stanford, Berkeley, and Hastings, teaching courses in negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution. She is also a Senior Consultant with Accordence, providing training in negotiation and conflict resolution to various professionals.

Ms. Notini has held leadership roles in the field of alternative dispute resolution, including serving as President of the Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California and Chair of the California State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
