About Jessica L.

Jessica L. Foster earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013. She completed the rigorous curriculum at Gainesville’s law school and entered the Florida legal community soon after. Her classroom training and clinical work there provided the foundation for a courtroom-oriented practice.

She is admitted to practice in Florida and has been part of Allen Law Office, P.A. for several years. At the firm she has worked out of multiple offices, handling matters brought to the firm's Gainesville and Ocala locations. Her hands-on experience ranges from client counseling to courtroom appearances. She moved through a variety of responsibilities at the firm as her caseload and courtroom calendar grew.

Her day-to-day work involves directly advising and representing individuals and businesses who come to the firm for help. She appears in state courts in the region and handles pretrial preparation, hearings, and settlement negotiations. She provides litigation support, prepares pleadings and motions, and manages the procedural details that keep cases moving. Her work touches on the procedural and practical aspects of civil practice more than on appellate or federal matters.

Colleagues describe her as methodical in case preparation and attentive to procedural deadlines. She has maintained professional association membership since 2015, participating in programs and meetings that keep her current on regional developments. That ongoing involvement has given her a steady connection to peers across the state.

She has practiced in both suburban and downtown office settings. The Allen Law Office, P.A. operates a Gainesville Office and a Downtown Gainesville location where she has met clients, taken depositions, and handled local hearings. She has also served clients through the firm’s Ocala office, extending the firm’s service area northward. That geographic spread means she is familiar with multiple county court calendars and local courthouse procedures.

Outside of court appearances she spends time preparing discovery, coordinating with experts when needed, and working through settlement options when those are viable. She balances litigation intensity with the quieter work of drafting and client communication. She remains an active member of the Florida bar and continues to serve clients from Allen Law Office, P.A.’s Gainesville and Ocala offices. Her current practice focuses on civil litigation and client representation in state courts.
