About Jeremy Stanton

Jeremy Stanton Sloane is a corporate and tax attorney and a founding partner of Watson Sloane PLLC in Orlando, Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 and the Maryland State Bar in 2004. The firm, located at 100 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1000, Orlando, Florida 32801, specializes in business law, tax law, and international law. Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2000. He then completed an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Miami, graduating first in his class.

Prior to his legal career, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida in 1996. In his practice, Jeremy serves as outside general counsel to various businesses, advising on complex commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate reorganizations, real estate fund formation. His diverse experience includes significant international and in-house exposure, large law firm transactional experience, and litigation of numerous commercial disputes.
