About Jeremy Noble

Jeremy Noble Simpson is an attorney licensed in Minnesota and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He built his legal foundation at the University of Minnesota Law School, enrolling in 2011 and earning his J.D. in 2014. The law school years included hands-on public interest work and a summer clerkship that introduced him to client-facing advocacy early in his career.

After law school Simpson spent a year as a law clerk with the Minnesota Judicial Branch in 2014. The clerkship exposed him to courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making. Earlier, while still in law school, he worked as a Robina Public Interest Scholar summer law clerk for Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota in 2013. That placement involved direct services for clients and experience in civil legal aid.

Before his legal education, Simpson taught as part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program in 2006. That year abroad shaped his approach to communication and instruction. The classroom experience is a recurring theme in his career, appearing later in courtroom advocacy and client explanations.

By 2016 Simpson joined Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A. as a litigation lawyer. At the firm he took on civil litigation responsibilities. His work there has involved motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. Colleagues describe his courtroom demeanor as steady and methodical. The litigation practice tied together the procedural knowledge from his clerkship with the client-side perspective he gained in public interest work.

Professional memberships reflect his areas of interest and engagement. He has been a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association since 2016. In 2021 he joined the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, signaling an ongoing involvement in issues that affect older adults and their families. He also maintains active ties to the local bar community and federal court practice.

Simpson balances courtroom work with research and case preparation. His path from classroom teacher to law clerk to firm litigator shows a steady progression in roles that require clear explanation and procedural rigor. He currently practices at Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A., where his work centers on litigation and matters related to elder law and civil advocacy.
