About Jennifer S.
Jennifer S. Gill built her legal foundation at Kennesaw State University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in 1997. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2001. Those formative years shaped her approach to practice and set the stage for a steady career in Georgia’s legal community.
After law school, Gill entered the practice of law in Georgia. She is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, before the Eleventh Circuit, and has credentials to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court. These admissions reflect a practice that spans both state and federal forums. Over time she has continued to maintain those admissions while practicing locally.
Gill is an active member of local and statewide bar organizations. She holds current memberships in the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. She participates in professional activities through those groups, attending meetings and engaging with colleagues across the region. Her bar memberships provide a steady link to developments in Georgia law and to lawyers who handle related matters.
Her practice is based at Bray & Johnson. At that firm she has worked on a range of matters handled by the office. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing cases and attentive in court appearances. She represents clients in proceedings that require familiarity with Georgia procedure and occasional federal appellate practice. Her work reflects a steady day-to-day engagement with litigation and client counseling handled by the firm.
Gill balances courtroom work and written advocacy. She prepares pleadings and briefs and appears at hearings when the matter calls for an in-person appearance. She is known in the office for an organized approach to case files and for managing the practical demands that come with litigation in different courts.
Outside formal practice, Gill’s bar association activity keeps her connected to the legal community in North Georgia. She attends continuing legal education and local bar events that shape practice expectations in the Blue Ridge circuit. Her professional path has been marked by consistent service in the Georgia bar and ongoing participation in court work at the state and federal levels.
Her current practice focuses on matters handled through Bray & Johnson, including appearances in Georgia state courts, the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
