Jennifer Lynn Field is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005 and holds bar number 236565. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Field is the principal attorney at the Law Office of Jennifer L. Field, a law firm located at 405 N. Indian Hill Boulevard, Claremont, California. She has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout the Inland Empire region, including Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange Counties.
Ms. Field earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 2004. She was the valedictorian of her class and received the prestigious Delta Theta Phi Key Award. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of La Verne, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Administration in 2000, graduating magna cum laude. During her time at the University of La Verne College of Law, she was actively involved in moot court competitions, earning accolades such as Best Brief and Second Place Team in the Honors Moot Court Competition and Best Brief in the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Field concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate law, family law, and trust administration. She provides comprehensive services, including drafting wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, irrevocable trusts, deeds, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, special needs trusts, and life insurance trusts. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, document preparation, negotiations, and litigation in both state and federal courts. She represents clients in matters involving estate planning for non-married couples, conservatorships, guardianships, asset protection, and estate tax planning.
Throughout her career, Ms. Field has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, and the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange. She has also appeared before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as a legal secretary and paralegal in various law firms, gaining experience in estate planning and probate law.
Ms. Field is an active member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association, the Eastern Bar Association of Los Angeles County, and the Western Bar Association of San Bernardino County. She is also a member of the State Bar of California. In addition to her legal practice, she has served as the Treasurer of the Estate Planning Council of Pomona Valley and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of La Verne College of Law. Ms. Field is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of the Inland Empire effectively.
