About Jennifer
Jennifer Lucarelli graduated from Yale University in 1995 and earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1999. She completed a traditional path through undergraduate study into law school, and left Notre Dame prepared to enter practice in the Northeast. Those academic years framed her legal training and set the stage for a professional career in both Connecticut and New York.
After law school she entered private practice and built her career in the region. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. In 2002 she became a partner at Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen. That elevation to partnership came relatively early in the career arc of a lawyer who had finished law school just a few years before. Her role at the firm has been a steady presence in its roster of lawyers since then.
Over the years her work has involved matters that cross the state line between Connecticut and New York. She has managed client matters through various phases, from initial intake and counseling to procedural steps required in court or in negotiations. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical and attentive to procedural detail. She has been part of the firm's effort to serve clients whose needs require experience in more than one jurisdiction.
Within the firm she serves as one of the partners, taking on responsibilities that include supervising associates, participating in case strategy, and advising clients on legal options available in her admitted jurisdictions. She maintains professional relationships across Connecticut and New York and engages in the routine of private practice in those states. Her career reflects steady advancement from law school to a long-term partnership at Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen.
She continues to practice at Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen, addressing legal matters in Connecticut and New York.
