About Jennifer L.

Jennifer L. Schroader built a legal education that spans several states and disciplines. She earned a J.D. from Phoenix School of Law in 2013 after studying legal studies at the University of Central Florida, where she received a B.S. in 2009, and completing a B.A. in Media Arts and Pre-Law at the University of Arizona in 2006. Those years set the stage for a career that moved quickly from public defense into private practice.

Her first position after law school placed her in public service. In 2014 she joined the Mohave County Legal Defenders Office as a deputy legal defender, handling trial work and client representation at the county level. That role kept her in courtrooms and managing caseloads, and it formed the practical foundation for her later moves into firm practice.

She transitioned into firm work a few years later. In 2017 she served as a senior associate at Allen & Bighorse, PLLC. The next year she joined Curry & Williams, PLLC as an associate. By 2020 she had taken on a leadership role as senior lawyer and hiring partner at Seacoma Law, PLLC. In 2022 she began work at Desert View Law, PLLC, where she practices today.

Schroader is licensed in multiple jurisdictions, holding admission in both Arizona and Washington. Her career path reflects a willingness to move between public defense and private firms, and to assume responsibilities that include both casework and personnel decisions. Those shifts produced a mix of courtroom time, client counseling, and firm management experience.

Outside case dockets she has maintained involvement in bar and professional groups. She is a member of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, where she has been active since 2017, and of the Pima County Bar Association since 2022. She also has a long-standing affiliation with Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, including participation on its International Executive Board.

Colleagues describe Schroader as methodical and direct in court, preferring clear preparation over theatrics. Her record shows steady progression from defender to firm leader, and choices that emphasize hands-on litigation work. She continues to work across Arizona and Washington courts while managing responsibilities at her firm.

She currently practices at Desert View Law, PLLC, where she focuses on litigation and courtroom advocacy.
