Jennifer Chingching Fu is the Managing Partner and Founder of Amity Law Group, LLP, a law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, employment law, and immigration. She was admitted to the State Bar of California on June 1, 2005, and her license status is active. Fu's California State Bar number is 237082, and she is authorized to practice in all California state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Fu earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law. While in law school, she received a Merit Scholarship and participated in a comparative law program at Peking University in Beijing, China. Fu is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese, which enhances her ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Her practice areas include estate planning, where she focuses on trust administration and the preparation of living and irrevocable living trusts. In addition, she handles probate matters, defends employers in labor law cases, and manages immigration law issues, particularly employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
