About Jennifer Brooke

Jennifer Brooke Gore-Cuthbert built a path to law that started in classrooms of business and finance. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing from Marist College before turning to law school. She completed her J.D. at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she prepared for practice in Georgia.

Her early legal work came in personal injury. In 2010 she served as a personal injury legal intern at BLG and also worked as a personal injury law clerk at L & D Law Office. Those roles put her in contact with everyday claimants, medical records and the procedural details that shape a case. The experience also gave her daily courtroom exposure and practical skills that would inform later decisions.

In 2013 she opened The Gore Law Office. She has run the firm since then. That move shifted her from supporting roles to client counsel and firm management. Running a small practice required handling case strategy, client communication and the administrative side of law. It also meant building relationships with other lawyers and local organizations.

Gore-Cuthbert maintains memberships in professional groups that connect her to peers. She is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and belonged to the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers from 2010 through 2017. These associations have been part of her professional life alongside her private practice.

Her work leans heavily on personal injury matters. She handles claims that involve bodily injury and related disputes. Her background in business and finance informs how she evaluates damages and negotiates on behalf of clients. She combines practical courtroom experience from early internships with the independent practice perspective she has held since founding her firm.

People who consult her are likely to find direct answers and a preference for clarity. She has worked both inside established offices and now on her own, which gives her dual insight into how cases develop and settle. She remains licensed to practice in Georgia and continues to operate The Gore Law Office in that jurisdiction. Her current practice focuses on personal injury matters and client representation in Georgia.
