About Jennifer A.

Jennifer A. Fink built her legal path through steady steps in education and early court work. She earned her law degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2015 after completing earlier studies at Wilmington College. Those years set the groundwork for a practice centered on family and domestic relations matters.

After graduating from law school, Fink served as a law clerk in the Family Court of Delaware in 2015. That position placed her inside the courthouse during contentious family proceedings and offered regular exposure to judges, attorneys and litigants. The clerkship was an early professional setting where she observed courtroom procedure and case management up close.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Fink moved from court staff work into private practice. She established Fink Family Law, LLC and has handled matters commonly arising in family law. Her work includes representation in divorce proceedings, custody and visitation disputes, support matters and related domestic-relations issues. She appears in hearings and negotiates settlements on behalf of individuals navigating personal and legal transitions.

Fink’s training at Widener informed her approach to litigation and client counseling. In law school she participated in courses and practical exercises typical of a J.D. curriculum, and those experiences carried into her clerkship and subsequent practice. Her academic credentials include a Juris Doctor earned in 2015 and undergraduate study completed at Wilmington College.

Outside of casework, Fink holds memberships in professional legal associations. She maintains ties to the bar and local legal community and participates in the ongoing professional exchange that those memberships provide. She also continues to monitor developments in family law that affect court procedure and client options.

Clients and colleagues describe her as steady in court and straightforward in negotiation. She approaches each case by assessing legal options, explaining potential outcomes and pursuing resolution through hearing or agreement depending on the circumstances. Her practice balances litigation tasks with mediation and settlement efforts when those paths suit a client’s goals.

Fink runs a practice focused on family law matters and provides representation to clients in Pennsylvania on divorce, custody, support and related domestic-relations issues. Her current practice concentrates on resolving family law disputes through both courtroom advocacy and negotiated settlement.
