About Jenna Casper
Jenna Casper Bloom graduated from Georgetown University in 1999 and earned her J.D. from American University in 2002. She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and in New Jersey. Those academic years mark the start of a legal career that moves between public service and private practice.
Her early work placed her inside the public defender system. In 2007 she served as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender at the Mercer County Public Defender’s Office. That role involved courtroom assignments, client interviews and case preparation in a county office that handles a steady flow of criminal matters.
After years in public defense, Bloom transitioned into private practice. In 2019 she became the owner of Criminal Defense Lawyer Jenna Casper Bloom. As owner, she manages the day-to-day operations of the office while representing clients in criminal cases. Her experience in the public defender’s office informs how she handles case strategy and client communication in private practice.
