Jenessa C Hicks began her academic path at Louisiana Tech University, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science/Pre-Law and English in 2002. She continued her legal studies at the University of Mississippi and received her J.D. in 2006. Those years shaped her approach to law and prepared her for practice across state and federal courts.
After law school, Hicks gained admission to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee and secured permission to appear before the Fifth Circuit.
