He is survived by his wife, Eileen (Grimm) McCombs; his stepmother, Bonnie Vick; his stepfather, Jeff Fields; his sisters, Melinda Dieringer and Rhonda McCombs; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, Ronald McCombs and Linda Fields, Jeffrey's legacy continues through the many clients he served and the colleagues who remember his professionalism and unwavering commitment to the legal profession. His impact on the lives of those he helped remains evidence of his dedication to justice and community service.
