About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Kirby built his legal foundation at two Southern schools. He earned a B.S. in International Affairs and Economics from Florida State University College of Law in 1987. Three years later he completed his J.D. at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
After law school Kirby established his practice in Florida. He is admitted to practice in the state and maintains memberships in several local and statewide legal organizations. Those affiliations include the Florida State Bar and the bar associations in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
Kirby’s record includes work as a personal injury trial lawyer. In 2015 he served in that role at The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A. There he handled litigation tasks common to trial practice: drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing witnesses and appearing in court. His experience covers the stages that lead up to trial as well as courtroom presentation when cases proceed to verdict.
Beyond the courthouse, Kirby participates in professional groups that concentrate on trial advocacy. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Those memberships reflect an interest in civil litigation and trial procedure, and they place him among colleagues who pursue trial work across the state and region.
Colleagues describe Kirby as steady and practical when preparing a file for trial. He approaches cases by breaking problems into manageable parts. He favors careful documentation, firm deadlines and a courtroom-ready posture. That approach plays out in routine tasks as well as in moments that require a quick, tactical decision during litigation.
Today Kirby practices at The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A., where he handles personal injury matters and related litigation in Florida.
