About Jeffrey K. Moore
Jeffrey K. Moore Jr. began his legal journey in classrooms rather than courtrooms. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Central State University in 2012, then continued to the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2018. Those years shaped the practical and academic foundations he uses in practice today.
After law school, Moore entered practice in Tennessee. He is admitted to practice in the state and also holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Early career steps included work that sharpened his courtroom readiness and client advocacy, and they prepared him for the particular demands of injury litigation.
Moore’s professional life has been tied to plaintiff-side personal injury work. He serves as a lawyer at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz Personal Injury Lawyers. There he handles cases involving accidents, insurance disputes, and claims that require careful investigation and negotiation. In court, he has represented clients in matters filed in state and federal venues permitted by his admissions.
Colleagues and clients see him often involved in fact development. He spends time on depositions, on drafting pleadings, and on preparing motions. He also meets regularly with experts and with medical providers to assemble the necessary records. The work can be detail-heavy and deadline-driven. Moore approaches it through steady preparation and an emphasis on clear communication.
Outside case files, Moore participates in professional organizations that reflect his ties to both the local and national bar. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the State Bar of Tennessee. He also holds membership in the National Bar Association. Those affiliations provide access to continuing legal education and to local networks that support practice in his region.
Moore’s legal training and his involvement in plaintiff-side litigation inform his day-to-day practice. He balances courtroom preparation with client counseling, aiming to keep people informed as cases move forward. He handles the investigative work and the procedural demands that personal injury matters require, while representing clients at negotiating tables and in court appearances when necessary.
At present, Moore continues his work at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz Personal Injury Lawyers, where he represents individuals in personal injury matters and related litigation.
