About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Gordon built an academic foundation that crosses law, business and the liberal arts. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Philosophy from Valparaiso University in 1994. Four years later he completed his Juris Doctor at Valparaiso University School of Law in 1998. A decade after law school he added a Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University in 2008.

His training reflects a mix of legal reasoning and business analysis. He is admitted to practice in both Indiana and North Carolina. That dual-state admission has allowed him to work on matters that involve different regional rules and client expectations.

Gordon’s career bridges two professional worlds. The law degree provided courtroom and transactional foundations. The MBA offered tools for strategic assessment and financial context. He has applied that combination in advising clients and in managing projects that require both legal judgment and attention to business implications.

Colleagues describe him as methodical and pragmatic. He prefers clear explanations over legalese. In meetings he tends to break complex problems into concrete steps. That approach suits situations where legal choices have fiscal consequences and timelines matter.

Today he is part of Javanti Law. At the firm he continues to draw on his layered education. His work often requires translating technical legal points into actionable options for clients who are juggling legal, operational and financial considerations. He handles matters that benefit from understanding both statutory and commercial dimensions.

Outside the office he maintains professional ties to the bar and participates in association activities when scheduling allows. Those engagements keep him current on procedural shifts and emerging issues that affect clients in the two states where he practices.

Jeffrey Gordon’s practice reflects a steady combination of legal training and business acumen. He remains licensed in Indiana and North Carolina and practices at Javanti Law, where his work draws on both his legal and business education.
