About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Goldstein graduated from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1993 and returned there to earn his Juris Doctor in 1996. Those years framed his early legal training during a period of change in the profession. The classroom work and clinics at Yeshiva set the foundation for a long practice across two neighboring states.

After law school he entered private practice. He is admitted to practice in New York and in New Jersey and maintains membership in the New York State Bar. Over the years he has worked inside law firms that serve regional clients and has developed an understanding of the procedural and regulatory frameworks that govern both states. He keeps a steady presence in the legal communities where he practices.

Colleagues describe him as methodical and exacting in how he prepares files and communicates with clients. He is comfortable handling matters that require coordination across state lines, and he pays close attention to statutory deadlines and court rules. He takes a practical approach in the office and seeks solutions that align with clients’ immediate needs while keeping longer term exposure in view.

At Lucosky Brookman he contributes to the firm’s wider practice. His role includes counseling clients on matters that arise in New York and New Jersey. He works alongside other attorneys at the firm and handles the detailed legal work that supports case strategy and client objectives. He is active in routine case management and in preparing the pleadings and briefs that are necessary in contested matters.

Outside of firm duties he participates in professional life through bar association activities. He maintains current membership in the New York State Bar and engages with peers on practice developments that affect the region. He follows changes in state law and court procedures so that his work reflects recent precedent and rule changes.

He continues to practice at Lucosky Brookman, handling legal matters for clients in New York and New Jersey.
