About Jeffrey Clarke
Jeffrey Clarke Walker earned his Juris Doctor from Jones School of Law in 2007 after beginning his studies there in 2004. His time at law school coincided with an intensive period of practical training that prepared him for courtroom work and client counseling. He went on to gain admission to practice in Alabama and moved quickly into private practice after graduation.
Walker began his legal career in 2007 as an associate at Brock & Stout Lawyers at Law. He joined a multi-office firm that serves communities across Alabama and the Florida panhandle. Over the years he has maintained a steady presence at Brock & Stout’s offices in Enterprise, Dothan, Montgomery, Mobile, Birmingham and Andalusia, and he also regularly works through the firm’s Chipley, Florida office.
His professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). That membership connects him to a network of practitioners and educational resources centered on bankruptcy law and consumer protections. Walker’s association with NACBA signals sustained engagement with developments in that area of practice and with peers who handle similar casework.
Colleagues describe Walker as a steady presence in the firm’s regional practice. He has handled matters that arise across the firm’s service area, working with clients who need counsel in both routine and contested settings. He has remained at Brock & Stout since his start as an associate, building a practice that spans urban and rural communities in Alabama and touching neighboring Florida when cases require it.
Outside of formal affiliations, Walker’s work reflects an emphasis on regional accessibility. He regularly appears from the firm’s multiple offices rather than concentrating in a single courthouse. That pattern allows him to meet clients where they are and to follow matters through local court systems across several jurisdictions.
Over nearly two decades in practice, Walker has combined the institutional support of a multi-office firm with a local approach to client work. He is a member of NACBA and an associate at Brock & Stout, where he continues to represent clients across the firm’s Alabama offices and in the Chipley, Florida office. He currently practices law through Brock & Stout across their Alabama offices and the Chipley, Florida office.
