Jeffrey Boyd Miller is a partner at Miller Kory Rowe LLP, located at 2135 East Grant Road, Suite 100 in Tucson, Arizona. Specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse cases, he is known for handling complex litigation involving serious injuries and wrongful death throughout the state. Since becoming a member of the Arizona State Bar in 1984, Miller has dedicated his career to advocating for clients facing significant challenges in the legal system. Miller earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York University School of Law in 1984. Prior to his legal education, he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religion from Harvard University in 1980.
During the same year, he broadened his horizons by studying at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, as a Rotary Fellow. Over the course of his career, Miller has tried more than 50 cases to verdict. Notably, in 2005, he achieved a landmark victory in a psychiatric malpractice case that resulted in a $28 million verdict—the highest civil verdict in Arizona at that time.

Before joining Miller Kory Rowe LLP, Miller was a partner at Roush, McCracken, Guerrero, Miller & Ortega and Jones, Skelton & Hochuli. This comprehensive approach ensures that his clients receive thorough representation at every stage of their legal journey. In addition to his practice, Miller serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona College of Medicine—Phoenix.
There, he lectures on elder abuse and neglect, further demonstrating his commitment to educating future professionals on critical issues in the field. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Arizona Association for Justice, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the National Citizens’ Coalition for Nursing Home Reform.
