Jeffrey Blattner is an attorney based in Boulder, Colorado, with a distinguished career spanning several decades. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 1976. Following this, he pursued a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, graduating in 1980. Blattner's legal journey began with a prestigious clerkship for Associate Justice Potter Stewart of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1982 to 1983. This experience provided him with a unique perspective on the details of constitutional law and the judicial process. In 1998, Blattner joined the U.S.

In 2006, he transitioned to XM Satellite Radio Inc. as Senior Vice President, Public Policy, and Special Counsel. In this position, he oversaw the merger with Sirius Satellite Radio Inc., navigating the regulatory landscape to ensure compliance and strategic alignment. Blattner also founded Legal Policy Solutions, a consulting firm that provides legal advice and strategic consulting services to technology companies, government agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations.
