About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Benjamin earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 1997 after completing an undergraduate degree at Gettysburg College in 1991. He arrived at law school after a liberal arts education. Those years set the foundation for a practice that crosses state lines and federal courts.
His early legal path led him into private practice. He took on matters across New York and New Jersey and pursued admission to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Along the way he became a member of the New York State Bar, maintaining that affiliation while building a practice that engages both state and federal rules.
Over the years Benjamin has worked at The Linden Law Group, P.C. There he developed experience handling litigation and transactional work that required attention to procedural detail and strategic planning. Colleagues describe him as methodical in approach, preferring clear legal analysis to grand statements. He is known inside the office for steady case preparation and practical courtroom presence.
