Jeffrey Alan Daxe is a partner at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP, located in Marietta, Georgia. He has been practicing law in Georgia since 1997, focusing on employment law, business litigation, and human resources consulting. Born in Augusta, Georgia, Daxe earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia in 1994. He then received his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St.
Louis in 1997. During law school, he clerked for Chief United States Magistrate Judge David R. Noce in the Eastern District of Missouri and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, in Atlanta.
At Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, Daxe's practice areas include employment law, business litigation, and human resources consulting. He has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2004 to 2008 and 2010 to 2012, and as a Georgia Super Lawyer in Business Litigation from 2020 to 2025. He has also received the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating from 2017 to 2024. Daxe is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of the Smyrna Education Foundation and as a former Chairman of the Board for Vision Rehabilitation Services of Georgia.
He is also a member of the Cobb Bar Association and the Cobb Justice Foundation. He resides in Smyrna, Georgia, with his wife, Stacy, and their children, Taylor, Mia, and Emma. The family enjoys community events, Braves baseball, cooking, golf, and skiing.
