About Jeffery

Jeffery Siefman is an Oregon attorney with a background that combines Midwestern undergraduate study and Pacific Northwest legal training. He earned a B.A. from Michigan State University and went on to receive his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. Those two institutions bookend a path that led him into practice in Oregon.

After law school he took the steps required to practice in the state and maintains admission in Oregon. His early years in practice involved the routine tasks that form the backbone of state-level lawyering: drafting pleadings and contracts, advising clients, and appearing in court. He has worked on matters that required both written advocacy and in-person hearings.

Siefman’s work routinely involves counseling individuals and businesses on legal options and next steps. He handles transactional matters, assists in dispute resolution, and prepares filings for state court proceedings. His approach is practical. He explains legal choices in plain language and maps out likely outcomes. Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and clear in client communications.

He practices at The Law Office of Siefman & Pond. In that setting he represents clients across a range of state matters, conducting negotiations, managing litigation, and providing ongoing legal advice. He is comfortable in courtroom settings and in office conferences. He balances court appearances with the paperwork and client contact that keep cases moving. He keeps current on Oregon law and court procedures to help clients make informed decisions.

Outside of casework, Siefman’s academic background at Willamette provided exposure to both legal theory and practical skills training. The combination of a broad undergraduate education and a law degree from a regional law school informs how he approaches problems. He tends to favor solutions that are legally sound and procedurally efficient.

He currently practices at The Law Office of Siefman & Pond, representing clients in Oregon state matters.
