About Jedidiah J.
Jedidiah J. Glazener earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico in 2009. He completed his legal studies after a period of study that included coursework across state and federal procedure. The law school years shaped his practical approach to casework and client counseling, and they provided early opportunities to work on briefs and courtroom exercises that would inform his later practice.
He is admitted to practice in New Mexico. After law school he established a practice rooted in the state’s courts and administrative forums. Over time he developed a steady practice that blends courtroom experience with advisory work for individuals and businesses. He has handled matters that required litigation skills, as well as matters that called for negotiated resolutions outside of trial.
Colleagues describe him as thorough and direct in his courtroom preparation. He prepares pleadings, motions and client advisories with an emphasis on clarity. That approach extends to hearings and settlement conferences. He tends to break complex problems into discrete steps for clients so they can weigh the risks and practical consequences of different choices.
His work spans a range of civil matters. He represents clients in disputes that touch on contracts, property and regulatory issues, and he advises on compliance and transactional concerns when those arise. He also appears in state administrative proceedings when those forums are necessary to resolve licensing or permitting disputes. He balances litigation strategy with cost-conscious decision-making and seeks to give clients clear options at key stages of a case.
Outside the courtroom he is active in the day-to-day management of cases. He drafts agreements, negotiates settlements, and supervises discovery efforts. He places importance on keeping clients informed and on building a record that supports their objectives whether that means pressing to trial or resolving a matter through negotiated terms.
In recent years he has continued to practice in New Mexico, handling matters across the state’s civil and administrative dockets. He currently maintains his practice in New Mexico and handles litigation and advisory matters within that jurisdiction.
