About Jeanna M.
Jeanna M. Cellino earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University in 2008 and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 2012. Her academic record combined business training with legal study, a background she has drawn on throughout her career. Those two degrees form the foundation of a practice built on courtroom procedure and case assessment.
After law school she entered practice in New York. Over the years she has been involved in litigation and trial work, and she has maintained professional memberships that reflect that orientation. She has been a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum since 2016 and was named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2020. She also appeared on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Upstate New York between 2018 and 2020.
Her colleagues describe her as steady in the courtroom and methodical in preparation. She has focused on developing persuasive evidence presentation and managing complex procedural requirements. That practical outlook guides case strategy. It also informs how she communicates with clients and opposing counsel during the life of a matter.
Cellino has worked within firm settings that handle trial litigation, and she continues that work at Cellino Law LLP. At the firm she participates in case evaluation, pretrial motion practice and hearings, and settlement discussions when they serve a client’s interest. She balances courtroom readiness with the day-to-day case management that keeps matters moving.
Outside of casework she has remained active in professional circles. Her memberships in trial-oriented organizations have kept her connected to other litigators and to educational programs on trial advocacy. Those involvements contribute to her professional development and create channels for peer exchange on litigation tactics and evolving legal issues.
Peers and clients note her attention to detail and her preference for clear, plainspoken explanations of legal options. She favors practical planning over theory, and she aims to give clients a realistic sense of timing and risk. Today she practices at Cellino Law LLP in New York, where her work centers on litigation and trial representation.
