About Jaya
Jaya Balani earned her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2008. She completed law school the same year she began her professional affiliation with NeJame Law. Her legal education sits at the foundation of a career built in Florida courts and legal organizations.
She joined NeJame Law in 2008. Records list her as both an associate and a partner there in that year. That dual listing suggests an immediate and prominent placement at the firm. At NeJame Law she has handled matters that align with the firm’s criminal defense practice and related areas. Her work has kept her in the Florida legal community since graduation.
Balani has remained active in local legal groups. She is a member of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is recorded as a former member of its board of directors.
