Jay Douglas Fullman is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December 1980. He has been practicing law for over 45 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Fullman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Pepperdine University. These academic credentials have equipped him with a solid foundation in legal principles and practices.
Mr. Fullman concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and estate planning. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business contracts, business dissolution, business finance, business formation, business litigation, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and shareholder disputes, guardianship and conservatorship, estate administration, health care directives, trusts, and wills. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including negotiations, litigation, and trials in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fullman has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Fullman is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the California Lawyers Association and its Trusts and Estates Section. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Fullman is fluent in English, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
