About Jason Zendeh
Jason Zendeh Del began his legal path after completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Baylor University in 2002. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2005, where he studied litigation and trial advocacy. The combination of business and law shaped his approach to client problems early on.
He entered the legal profession in the mid-2000s and has spent his career split between courtroom work and counsel behind the scenes. Early roles included trial preparation and civil litigation support. Over time he moved into private practice, founding a firm that bears his name. He holds memberships in the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in all four federal districts of Texas: Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern. He is also a member of The College of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Those court admissions reflect a practice that regularly crosses jurisdictions. He appears in federal and state trial courts. He handles matters that require both trial advocacy and an understanding of financial or real estate issues, a likely echo of his undergraduate training. His law school emphasis on litigation and trial advocacy continues to inform how he prepares cases — methodically, with attention to courtroom procedure and evidence.
Colleagues describe him as practical and precise. Clients typically meet him early in a case, during intake or at crucial moments before trial. He prepares pleadings and motions, conducts discovery, and manages courtroom hearings. When a case moves toward trial he takes a hands-on role in witness preparation and trial strategy. He also engages on matters that intersect with business concerns, reflecting his academic background in finance and real estate.
He maintains professional ties across the state and has sought continuing training through bar organizations. Membership in The College of the State Bar of Texas indicates an interest in collaborative professional development among peers. His involvement with the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association signals ongoing engagement with criminal defense practice alongside his civil litigation work.
Today he practices at The Zendeh Del Law Office, PLLC. He splits his time between courtroom appearances, client consultations and case strategy. His current practice focuses on trial advocacy and litigation across both state and federal courts in Texas.
