Jason William Wansor is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Wansor serves as Of Counsel at Rogers Sheffield & Campbell, LLP, a law firm located in Santa Barbara, California. He has been practicing law for over twenty years, serving clients throughout the Santa Barbara area and surrounding regions.

Mr. Wansor earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he graduated in 2004. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California Polytechnic State University, receiving a degree in 2001. During his time at Pepperdine, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in multiple areas of law.

Mr. Wansor concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, products liability, construction law, personal injury, and business law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving guardianship and conservatorship, estate administration, health care directives, trusts, and wills. His products liability practice includes cases related to drugs and medical devices, motor vehicle defects, and toxic torts. In construction law, he handles issues such as construction contracts, defects, liens, and litigation. His personal injury practice encompasses cases involving animal and dog bites, brain injuries, car accidents, construction accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, truck accidents, and wrongful death. In business law, he advises on business contracts, dissolution, finance, formation, litigation, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership disputes. His practice involves all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wansor has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Santa Barbara, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Rogers Sheffield & Campbell, LLP, he worked as a litigation partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP from 2008 to 2016 and as an associate attorney at Walsh & Furcolo from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Wansor is an active member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Santa Barbara County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Wansor is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Santa Barbara County effectively.
