About Jason
Jason Wells earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brigham Young University in 2003. He went on to study law at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, completing his Juris Doctor in 2008. During his legal studies he took coursework in real estate, estate planning and business law, areas that would later inform his practice.
After law school, Wells became a member of the State Bar of Arizona in 2009. He has maintained that membership since then. His admission to the Arizona bar cleared the way for a career rooted in the state’s legal community.
Wells has spent his legal career in Arizona. He joined private practice and worked on matters that drew on his academic background in real estate and estate planning, along with transactional and business issues. He handled document drafting, contract negotiations and client advisement. He has worked with individual clients and small businesses on routine and complex matters.
Colleagues describe Wells as pragmatic in his approach. He favors clear explanations over legalese. He aims to give clients practical options and realistic timelines. In meetings he focuses on what each client needs to do next, rather than on theoretical outcomes. That steadiness is reflected in the day-to-day work at his firm.
Wells is affiliated with the State Bar of Arizona and remains active in the organization as a member. He has kept current on continuing legal education requirements and Arizona practice rules. That ongoing engagement helps him retain familiarity with local court procedures and regulatory changes that affect transactional work.
He practices at Wells Law Group, PLLC, where he advises clients on matters shaped by property law, estate planning and business concerns. His work includes preparing wills and trusts, negotiating real estate deals and counseling small business owners on organizational and contract issues. He spends a significant portion of his time drafting documents and guiding clients through signing and closing processes.
Outside client work he has maintained ties to the Phoenix-area legal community. He has worked alongside other attorneys in multidisciplinary matters and referred clients when a case required litigation or specialized counsel. He continues to practice in Arizona and his current practice concentrates on real estate, estate planning and business law.
