About Jason
Jason Nardiello trained as a lawyer in New York and built the early part of his career there. He earned his law degree from New York Law School, where he studied the state’s statutes and court decisions closely. After graduation he entered practice in New York, gaining experience in the state legal system and developing familiarity with courtroom procedure and client counseling.
He later joined Bell Nunnally & Martin, LLP. At that firm he is part of a team that handles legal matters involving New York law. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic; he prefers clear advice over legalese. He has worked on matters that require an understanding of New York’s commercial and procedural rules, and he has participated in both contested hearings and negotiated resolutions.
Nardiello’s work has put him in state courts and in advisory roles for clients who face legal questions grounded in New York statutes and case law. He has drafted pleadings, prepared motions, and taken part in client meetings aimed at resolving disputes before trial when possible. He approaches each matter by mapping the legal issues and weighing practical options against likely outcomes.
Outside of courtroom filings he has also focused on research and written analysis. That background helps when statutes or precedents have fine distinctions that can determine outcomes. He relies on careful preparation and a steady attention to detail when presenting arguments or advising on legal risk.
Peers note that he brings a methodical style to casework. He breaks complex problems into manageable parts and sets priorities for litigation and client communication. Those habits help clients understand tradeoffs and make informed decisions about when to pursue settlement and when to press forward.
Today Nardiello practices at Bell Nunnally & Martin, LLP, where he handles matters that arise under New York law and represents clients in state-court proceedings and related advisory work.
