About Jason
Jason Lattimore earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1994 and received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2000. He is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. Those academic credentials set the stage for a career that has moved between large law firms and his own practice.
Fresh out of law school, Lattimore began his professional journey at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. in 2000. He later worked at Greenberg Traurig, LLP beginning in 2003 and joined Latham & Watkins LLP in 2006. Each stop offered exposure to different firm cultures and a range of client matters. The timeline shows steady progression through national and regional firms during his early career.
In 2012 he established his own office. He is listed as Principal of The Law Office Of Jason B. Lattimore, Esq. LLC. Leading a small firm shifted his day-to-day responsibilities. He moved from associational roles at large firms to managing client relationships, case strategy, and the operational side of a practice.
Outside of private practice, Lattimore has taken part in community and civic efforts. He has served as a trustee of TeenPride, Inc. since 2012 and holds that position through the present. Earlier in his career he served as a commissioner on the Morristown Redevelopment Agency from 2003 to 2006. These positions reflect an interest in local organizations and municipal affairs.
Professionally, Lattimore’s background includes work at national law firms and running a solo or small-firm practice. That combination informs how he approaches client matters across state lines. He maintains active standing in both New Jersey and New York and handles matters that require familiarity with the laws and courts of those jurisdictions.
He currently practices through The Law Office Of Jason B. Lattimore, Esq. LLC, serving clients in New Jersey and New York.
