About Jason
Jason Epstein studied philosophy at the University of Southern California before turning to law. He completed his legal studies at Pepperdine University School of Law in 1998. Those years set the groundwork for a practice centered on courtroom work and client representation in Washington.
He began his legal career in the early 2000s. In 2001 he worked as an associate at the Law Office of Robert B. Kornfeld. He moved to Wiener & Lambka in 2004 and to Graham Lundberg & Peschel in 2006. In 2007 he joined Premier Law Group, where he took on responsibilities as a lawyer and tried cases in state courts.
Colleagues describe Epstein as methodical in his preparation and direct in court. His memberships in the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association align with regular trial practice. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. Those affiliations point to a lawyer who spends much of his time on litigation, evidence and courtroom procedure.
Over the years he has handled a range of matters that required jury work and contested hearings. He built experience at several small and mid-size firms before settling into roles that demanded more trial time and case management. He has worked on cases that required coordinating discovery, preparing witnesses and arguing motions, and he has routinely appeared before judges in Washington state courts.
Epstein practices in Washington and maintains a presence across the region. He operates from offices in Bellevue, Seattle, Renton, Federal Way and Vancouver, which he uses to meet clients and handle court-related business. He currently practices law in Washington, handling litigation and trial matters from those offices.
