About Jason A.

Jason A. Talley trained first as a finance student and later as a lawyer. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, then completed his legal education at Nashville School of Law. The combination of numbers and legal doctrine shaped his approach to client matters.

He is licensed to practice in Tennessee and has developed a practice rooted in the state's professional circles. Early in his career he moved into private practice and established a presence in the Nashville area. Over time he has built relationships through local bar groups and professional organizations that inform how he handles cases and advises clients.

Talley maintains active memberships in the Nashville Bar Association, the Williamson County Bar Association and the Tennessee John Marshall American Inns of Court. Those memberships place him in contact with trial lawyers, transactional attorneys and judges. He participates in continuing education typical for lawyers practicing in the region and attends programs offered by those organizations.

His background in finance often appears in how he analyzes problems. He is comfortable reviewing financial documents, assessing risk and explaining numbers to clients who do not work in business. That skill set has guided the kinds of matters he accepts and the way he prepares for hearings and negotiations.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in his preparation. He emphasizes clarity when communicating options to clients. Court filings and administrative paperwork receive the same attention as client-facing conversations. He values practical solutions that reflect both the legal framework and the financial realities clients face.

Talley practices from offices on Music Row in Nashville and in Franklin. Those locations allow him to meet clients across Middle Tennessee. He handles matters for individuals and small businesses, drawing on his finance background when cases call for it.

He continues to participate in local bar activities and Inns of Court programming while maintaining his practice in Nashville and Franklin. He currently concentrates his practice on serving clients from offices on Music Row and in Franklin.
