About Jaskaran
Jaskaran Gill built a path to law from a science background. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2012, after beginning college in 2008. He then turned to legal study at San Joaquin College of Law, completing his J.D. in 2017.
Gill began his legal work as a law clerk in 2016 at Webb Law Group, APC. The clerkship came while he was finishing law school and exposed him to courtroom procedures and the day-to-day tasks of litigation practice. After passing the bar, he took an associate role in 2017 at Griswold, LaSalle, Cobb, Dowd & Gin LLP, where he handled a mix of client matters and discovery work.
He moved firms several times in the early years of his career. In 2019 he joined Bradford & Barthel, and in 2020 he became part of Wilkins, Drolshagen & Czeshinski LLP. Those years strengthened his courtroom experience and expanded his work on client counseling and case preparation. In 2022 he joined Fennemore as a lawyer, a move that followed five years of steadily building transactional and litigation skills across smaller firms.
Throughout his career Gill has maintained ties to the local bar. He is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and has remained active in that professional community since his admission to practice. Colleagues describe him as methodical in document preparation and precise in legal research. Peers have noted that his science background gives him a particular comfort with technical and medical materials when they arise in cases.
Gill’s trajectory is marked by steady progression through varied firm environments. He has worked on matters that required courtroom appearances, motion practice, and client advisement. He has also handled the routine but essential tasks of modern litigation: drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing witnesses. Those experiences shaped a practical approach to case work and client communications.
Outside of work, his academic background in neuroscience continues to inform how he approaches complex facts. He draws on analytical habits formed in undergraduate study when assessing evidence and structuring legal arguments. He currently practices at Fennemore, representing clients in matters across California.
