About Jaren C
Jaren C Sandberg took an unconventional, steady route into law. He completed his undergraduate degree in political science at Utah State University in 2012, then went on to earn his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2015. Those classroom years laid out the practical building blocks he would use at the bar.
He entered practice immediately after law school. In 2015 he joined 1LAW as an associate lawyer. The firm gave him hands-on experience in litigation and client work that shaped the early years of his career. Cases moved through discovery, negotiation and trial preparation. He learned the daily craft of representing people and managing case files under pressure.
In 2021 he became a partner at We Win Injury Law. The move marked a shift from associate responsibilities toward leadership and firm management. As a partner he took on supervisory duties, mentored junior lawyers and helped steer firm strategy. That role expanded his work beyond individual case handling and into decisions about staffing and client intake.
Throughout his career he has maintained ties to the legal community through professional memberships. He has kept current on developments in state law and procedure and participates in the networks that connect litigation practitioners across Utah. Colleagues describe him as someone who is precise with legal analysis and methodical in preparation.
Sandberg’s experience spans courtroom work and client counseling. He is comfortable in hearings and in negotiations.
