About Jared
Jared Pearson earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University in 2006. He attended BYU Law after earlier studies at the university, completing his law degree in the mid-2000s. The legal education he received there set the stage for a steady practice in the Mountain West.
He began his professional career soon after law school, joining Duval & Moody, PC as a lawyer in 2007. That initial role gave him exposure to day-to-day firm practice and client work, and it marked the start of a decade-long progression through small firm environments. In 2010 he moved to Salcido Law Office, PLLC, where he continued to practice as an associate attorney and built on the experience he had gained early on.
In 2015 Pearson took on a new role as Managing Lawyer at Pearson Law Office, PLLC. Stepping into that position meant balancing casework with the administrative demands of running a private firm. Overseeing firm operations, mentoring junior staff and handling client matters became part of his routine. The change also formalized his role as the principal lawyer associated with the firm that bears his name.
Pearson is admitted to practice in the 10th Circuit. Across his years in practice he has worked both in the office and in court, managing litigation and transactional work typical of private practice. Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic; clients have relied on him for straightforward counsel and representation. He has kept his practice rooted in firm-based work rather than moving into large firm or public sector roles.
Today he serves as the managing lawyer at Pearson Law Office, PLLC. He continues to handle client matters while directing the firm’s daily operations. His current practice concentrates on client representation and on the management responsibilities that come with leading a small law office.
