Ms. Brown is an active member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. She holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. She is also a certified mediator through the California Dispute Resolution Council. Ms. Brown is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
